VLC Player for Android Coming Soon

Monday, December 27, 2010
Good news for users of Android phones and feel annoyed at having to rotate players to play the video content with different formats. One player who is not foreign, VLC Player Beta certain to be present for Android devices in the near future, precisely early next year.

Applications Beta VLC Player for Android will allow play most common video formats in one player only. But at least the minimum required to run the Android OS 2.3 Gingerbread. Too bad because there are many handsets on the outcome that did not even get updates Android 2.2 Froyo.

Looks like it will take a long time for VLC Player to reach the type and model is widely Android phone, except for Google users Nexus S is directly embedded Android Gingerbread therein. Maybe someday VLC developers are able to bring this application on Android 2.1 devices and Froyo Eclair.

Or there is an alternative video player other than VLC for Android mobile phone?
